What we can help with
If you are listed here and want your entry taken down, say so and it will be removed. No proof, no explanation and no legal notice required. Include the exact page URL so there is no ambiguity about which entry you mean.
Wrong market, merged handles that refer to different people, a stale figure, a broken link. Point at the specific claim and, where you can, at something we can check it against.
The methodology behind the index is documented on the about page. If you need more detail on how queries were grouped or which exclusions were applied, ask and we will explain it.
We carry partner links to MYM.fans and nothing else. We do not sell placements, sponsored entries, ranking positions or guest posts, and enquiries about those will not receive a reply.
What we cannot help with
We are not MYM. We have no access to accounts, payments, subscriptions or profiles, and no channel to creators. That means we cannot cancel a subscription, refund a charge, recover a password, reach a creator on your behalf, or investigate anything that happened on the platform.
All of that goes to MYM support through the official site. Sending it to us only delays it.
Response times
Removal requests are handled first and usually the same day. Corrections take a little longer because they are checked before anything changes. Everything else is answered when there is time, and commercial enquiries about placements are not answered at all.
